We’d love to introduce the two new leaders in our dining services team!
Gary Sylvas is the Director of Dining Services at St. Anthony’s, where he creates an atmosphere this is both elegant and also full of excitement. In addition to operating the bistro and pub, he will be coordinating catering for special events as well as many other administrative tasks.
Although Gary is originally from Pensacola, Florida, he has now been in Kansas City area for 7 years; operating and consulting for groups and restaurants such as McCoy’s Public House, Hush Speakeasy, Ruins Pub, Rendezvous Marketing, and the PB&J Restaurant Group. From creating food recipes to specialty cocktails, at only 33 years of age, Gary has already left his fingerprints on much of the service industry in Kansas City and continues to do so here at St. Anthony’s.

Earl Morgan is the Executive Chef at St. Anthony’s where he brings 25 years of culinary excellence to the table. He was raised right here in the Kansas City area.
Earl served as the executive at Yia Yia’s and earned a 5 Star rating at his previous senior living community. Creating food menus from scratch and catering hundreds are just starting a tiny portion of his skill set. His pleasant demeanor and wealth of knowledge is a breath of fresh air at St. Anthony’s. “I wanted to be a part of creating the second ever 5-star senior living community in Kansas City; it will be St. Anthony’s.”
