Every week St. Anthony’s takes a deposit for another person who wants to make the community their home once it opens. These folks are known as Founders, or the early adopters who can visualize the lifestyle and quality residences that await them. As a thank you to the Founders, St. Anthony’s offers them a robust benefit package to include a discount on the community fee, help with moving expenses, early selection of floor plans and locations and the ability to customize their new home.
Recently, the Sales and Marketing Director Kathy Finnegan asked some very candid questions of the Founders and their answers are worth sharing…
When asked why they chose to be a resident at St. Anthony’s, they said:
RF: “The timing is good for me. I’m 73 and in good health but one never knows what the future holds. I am hoping to be settled in at St. Anthony’s before any event.” RF’s concerns are shared by many. Because St. Anthony’s will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory support, RF will have peace of mind, knowing if that “event” did happen, he doesn’t have to leave his home at St. Anthony’s.
MB: “My house is too large for me and has too many steps.” Wow, we’ve heard that before! As we get older, managing a large house and mitigating steps becomes challenging. Not only will MB benefit from elevator access between floors, she will have the right amount of personal space in her apartment in addition to all the community spaces. The community spaces include a fitness center, chapel, beauty salon, bistro, and outdoor courtyard, just to name a few.
FM: “Safety, security, and my children’s peace and comfort, as well as mine…” St. Anthony’s will be a gated community, offering added security. During the day guests are monitored by the concierge and enter through the front doors. After hours, guests must be let in by residents. These safety and security measures will definitely provide the peace of mind FM is seeking.
